Completed in April 2016 for the Titusville-Cocoa Airport Authority, the construction of a 11,700 square-foot aircraft maintenance hangar with a 2,160 square-foot lean-to shell space for a future up-fit, an asphalt parking lot, storm drainage, sidewalks, water and sewer service connections, site lighting, metal fencing and landscaping.
This project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. C & D Construction worked closely with the engineer, Michael Baker International to expediently and efficiently complete design changes.
