FIND-DMAA Spoil Site

This project is located on NASA property south of the VAB on a 30-acre parcel of land. It is a containment site for the collection of dredge material administered by the Florida Inland Navigation District.

East Orange County Branch Library

Located off of Highway 50 in Orange County east of Orlando, this 15,000 square foot facility was constructed for the Orange County Library System.

Magnolia Point Housing Project

Under this contract, C & D built 23 family homes for the Housing and Urban Development agency in Cocoa, Florida. This was under the “First Time Home Buyers” program.
